I fixed it now. Playing without dxwnd stopped the bug

That doesn't seem to work either. I wonder why my game is doing this now, it never did it before until now

Tried changing DXWND res that didn't work. I also did a fresh reinstall on my Vice City and deleted my entire user files.

When I'm playing on the Japanese version of VC, the mouse is just spinning all over the place (yes, I am using dinput) but on International version, the mouse works fine. I tried a lot of solutions but nothing seems to fix it. Help would be appreciated.

Hey all, I made a new category for gta3 called "All RC Missions" where you complete all the RC Missions in a run. I have a video of the run here: was wondering if this can be added in Category Extensions.

Controller does not work on JP sadly

It looks like you haven't ran VC before you should honestly do Any% No SSU before doing SSU or any other category.
