If you have recently noticed, I haven't done many speedruns because I just wasn't in the mood and because I have to study. I can already see BIG changes in my grade. It was a fun time speedrunning TDS but all good times must come to an end. I finally feel free like there is a new chapter starting in my life, since the next years will be preperation for collage. Anyways I might do SOME speedruns but for now, I quit. Farewell Speedrunners.

I’ve always wanted to make a video about this topic, but I never had the mood to do it. So I am writing a thread. I think TDSS Is a great way to gain new friends and become known in the TDS community in general. For example the other day I saw a TDS YouTube video where the YouTuber asked Lelixer for a loadout he should use. Most people would not care but I know that Lelixer is in TDSS so I had a different POV watching the video then regular viewers. So I think TDSS can be great in many different ways. But, there is a thing I dislike about TDSS. It’s like a gamble. You may be confused by what I mean but let me explain. TDS always makes updates like fixing the ROF bug making beating the game easier and faster. Well for the normal player it sound cool because it’s easier to win modes, but it ruins the concept of speedrunning. For example, the new 4th of July update ruined all of the TDSS records. Like imagine you got a time of 8:20 on duo normal map (Like me and borgir) and were proud of it because you found it hard. Well now with the new update a new speedrunner can beat your record on the 1st try. So yeah, everyone can disagree if they want to but that’s how I see TDSS. A big gamble. However TDSS has a great community! If you want to you can tell me your POV on TDSS, I will read it.
