Yeah this has been known about for quite some time. Also, if you enter one of the pipes before the warp zone is loaded and as you are going down the pipe scroll the screen so that the warp zone loads, the same result will happen but it will load the start-of-a-level cutscene before starting you at the beginning of the warp zone.

One thing I must ask is why do runs done on emulators that do not have tassing capabilities still need an input file? I understand how the rule would be helpful on runs done on emulators like FCEUX, but why must this rule also apply to emulators like nestopia? As long as the runner proves that they are playing on an emulator that doesn't have tassing capabilities, I don't see a reason why they should have to include an input file? If there is a reason, I would just like to know why.

I'm sorry but this new input file rule for emulators just seems dumb and unnecessary. First off, as far as i know, no one knows how to record an input file on nestopia, which many of us emulator people use. Second, the reason I even used nestopia was because as far as i knew it didn't have tassing capabilities. Since no one really knows how to record inputs on nestopia, this is basically saying nestopia runs are straight up banned now. Now nestopia users such as myself are wondering if this game is even worth running. I feel this rule is going to tear the community apart.

doesn't lag frame occur depending on the score? is there a way to check if the score would have caused lag frame or not?
