Add First Dose missions

There aren't really any proper guides unfortunately. I made an unfinished routing document some time ago for the early section of the game that you can find in the Guides section. Perhaps that could be useful. It’s very outdated though and probably pretty slow.

I feel like this should be revisited in like a month or so if it doesn't end up getting patched.

New heists in Los Santos Tuners update should be added as categories. I suggest adding each of the Contracts as separate categories and an All Auto Shop Contracts category.

EDIT: Actually, should probably hold off on making an All Contracts category as they haven’t all been released yet.

LiveSplit. There are guides for it on YouTube. But you don't actually need to show a timer for the run to count.
