So I decided to do runs going for 2nd place (since wr is too perfect lol) and out of nowhere on my first attempt I get this insane run, as soon as I finished I was super satisfied and ready to pack my bags and move on to a new speedgame, then I watched the video OH. MY. GOD. Why would this happen to me on my best run when my 14:57 was the crispest thing ever, this video ruined my day, I thought I was done with this game, and I don't even know if I am. Believe me, I would never fake a run of this game, and I don't plan on doing any more runs of this game past this one. I don't know if this proves as valid evidence or not since Google Chrome loooooooooves to eat my trash CPU. Man, this just sucks. I just hope to see any feedback from the mods, I'm sorry, this just hurts. I don't want the performance of my computer's recordings to decide the fate of my runs, and if I were to even beat this run, the fact that its possible to be a PowerPoint slideshow just irks me. This is the full, raw recording of the session. I just don't know if this run is enough.

I've recently started running this game again, and I'm going for a top 5 time. The problem is, there are a couple of things I don't understand.
Thing1. Is there a somewhat consistent way of getting good RNG with the barrel that Donkey Kong throws at the end of the 1st stage? The one that slows you down if you jump over it before you climb the ladder. I keep having to jump over it and it happens dozens of times in a row. Was just wondering if that's bad luck or I'm starting at the wrong frame or there's some particular inputs I have to press.
Thing2, How do you get a bonus of 4400 on stage 2? I keep getting early cycles with 4300, and it seems insanely difficult to do better. Looks like you have to walk really far at the end but just enough so the springs don't hit you. Was wondering what the trick is there since I never get it no matter how hard I try, so if anyone knows what the trick is there, I would love to know, and I would really appreciate it. Thanks again .

The reason for this is because you're resetting the emulator, if you click 'power' instead of 'reset', you should never die while climbing down.

Can we add countries as a filter for leaderboards? This would increase the competitiveness which would be fun 🙂

how would i do that? Sorry, I'm a noob at lua scripting. All I remember was that I directly downloaded the file. If you could, could you also tell me how to put in my personal best segments too?

In the resources section, there is a lua script for a timer, and it's description states that you can't use the x-pos tool or framerule counter during attempts, if I were to use these and PB, would it make the run invalid?
