If I wanted to speedrun this game, but couldn't buy a private server, could I just use the users that got in the truck at the start of the game as the amount of people, and the names of the people, even if they're not sr.c users? Thanks.

You can speedrun with casual players just put the right amount of players + check their roblox usernames not display names. Also for private server you could join the discord server and get the link from there.
