on project64 while a rom is open, system > cheats > right click in the new window that pops up > select add new cheat > paste the code, add a name and select add cheat. then enable it and reset the rom and it should work

i believe you're talking about the singlestar timer and l to reset cheat codes, which can be found in the only guide this game has

just download glide64 and put it in your plugins folder that came with project64 1.6, then go to settings and select it and it should work

if you have the pal version that's why, it runs slower than the US/JP versions

imo it isn't, net64 basically changed nothing about the old characters and just added a few new ones and made it so you couldn't jump on people's heads anymore, that's literally it. i feel like it'd be worth seperating net64 3.0 and the rest of the versions though, since that's going to have object sync but no custom characters and you can only see people on the same stage and act as you.

No, you cannot use it. you could use the program called "stardisplay" by aglab2 to give yourself 120 stars and the b1/b2 keys, then just open all the doors and save the game so you can start running

for the OBS problem, i'm not really sure how to fix that. try lowering your bitrate maybe?

it's not needed and it just wastes time getting it, the only reason we get 16 instead of 15 is because you need the first star from DDD in order to get to BitFS.
