Turbo buttons on controllers are considered a script so it's not allowed

Turbo function is a script, therefore it's banned

I have submitted a run to Pet The Cat category (wr) and a run to Random Seed and they haven't been verified yet. Is the leaderboard dead and should I contact the speedrun.com mods to give me the ownership of this board ?

We sometimes do tournament races in the discord server, though there wasn't one for a few months, but if you are willing to organize a race there will be people willing to join.

So basically this occurs when you throw the smoke and start start performing actions, you will get teleported to enemies when they are performing actions as well (such as when they shoot, or go up the stairs), because of the random nature of the game, there aren't really any strats with it. You can also trigger it somewhat reliably by throwing the molotov while the smoke is present in the level. This issue can also be only triggered in the last room of chinatown, it does not happen in other rooms.

To do this strat it is also reccomended to do this room from a restarted state, since the shotgunner comes a few frames earlier, so the window at which you can throw the item is bigger.

There is one area where switch struggles as compared to the PC, specifically the smoke, the game slows down when you use it. So the switch runners that I have seen have to adapt some of the strats to not use the smoke because it slows down the game. Which afaik isn't that big of a deal timewise, which might be like a second.
