It's an unofficial modification. That's it.

This isn't even the first time this has happened, involving the name Michael Chillino.

I hate to agree with a verification complaint, but there have only been 2 any% runs approved within the past ~2 weeks. That doesn't add up. There must be something wrong with mod functions on the site itself.

FCEUX is ultra laggy and i need accurate splits. I only see autosplitter for FCEUX.

Cheat method 1: Save splicing.
- Reach a save point.
- Immediately exit the game.
- Copy the save file to back it up.
- If you die, just replace the save file with the copied file!
- Rinse and repeat.
(This would not work given video due to the fact that music does not restart upon death, and cannot be disabled in-game.)
Cheat method 2: Photoshop.

Select the correct font and size, then fill in any numbers you'd like!

I do not intend to accuse anyone of cheating, just to bring attention to a possible error in the system.

Timing ends upon fadeout of entering the 1st key door.
Addition of this category could help the game become more accessible to mid-level romhack players, much like 20 Star in NoD which is the same concept.

Thread: Bounty for 4:54

Started by: Lul_ecks_deeLul_ecks_dee

Update: After doing some research, I found that the average American spends $50,000 per year.
Let's say I'm surprisingly fast and achieve 4:54 at the age of 20, and die at the age of 80.
I want enough money to support me for a whole lifetime without me ever getting a real job if that's the case.
$50,000 * (80 - 20) years = $30,000,000.
This is rough, based on averages, but I can't predict the future.

Ok, for realism's sake, let's say the "first" part is irrelevant, and that the bounty is for me specifically.
Currently it takes me several hours to get through World 8 with savestates, and that's assuming no FPG, no BBG, not even any pipe jumps.
To actually get 4:54, I'd say $1,000,000 minimum, and that's assuming no time constraints.

I think it's safe to say a large majority of people could never become the first to 4:54 no matter how hard they grind. Hell, most people probably wouldn't be able to get 4:57 before the first 4:54.

he should probably go for 4:55 without the 8-1 framerule first but otherwise insane

Note: I know this only has 1 runner. However, this would probably fall under the defined "Kaizo hacks", so it probably only needs 1.

When I try to create a new world in version 1.7.x (for any% random seed glitchless practice) the game immediately crashes. I tried to make a world in 1.13.2 and it works fine. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and what can I do to fix it?

Ever since SM64 Randomizer was released, I've been on a randomizer kick. I've been playing Minecraft for 7 years, but hardly actually attempted to speedrun it. Is there a generalized guide/route for any% glitchless (random seed)?

Yes, I saw that and I mentioned it. It's not clear what that means--are moderators allowed to "no vid no did" even the worst runs? Are videos without audio worse than no video at all?
