whenever i record with obs, the game lags

so if i did ILs my runs would be banned right?

reason i have no submitted runs is bc the game lags when i record with obs

there is a sega genesis rom of this game and according to the rules, any rom of this game is allowed as long as it has the same level design, and it does, however, the minus world is different but i dont wanna run that category, i want to run 100% maybe. also what emulators are allowed? the emu i use is smbgames.be that plays the game normally without any additional stuff except being able to savestate and add cheat codes. (and yes i made a thread asking about the sega genesis rom hack a year ago thats deleted)

the 5 levels wr by cavespider plays completely different levels than notjeremy so it was an easy record for cavespider

Elias8bach has gotten an 8:44 in all levels, and since he's completed the entire game, it also means he's completed almost every category. 5 levels, 10 levels, 15 levels, 20 levels, 25 levels. And yet the wr for all levels is still a 10:07 and 20 level wr is still the same despite its slower than the full game run LOL and he he% has technichally been run before.
