Heyo. Can you add Android, Linux and MacOS to the list of platforms? Also, can you add the SMB1 Remake by Sapphire Bullet Bill? https://www.supermariobrosx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=17413 https://archive.wohlsoft.ru/SMBX%20Episodes/Super%20Mario%20Bros.%20SMBX%20Edition/ I'd suggest the following categories: - Any% |

Oh, sweet! That looks very useful :3 |

Cool =) Also, since Eclipsed approved TheXTech, I think you can officially release 1.3.4 and then link your GitHub/WohlSoft page with the builds. |

> @EclipsedEclipsed: Also for >2, I can just say that they need to add the time they spend outside if they accidentally unfocus the window. That's what we've been doing That would be fine, too. > @WohlstandWohlstand: Btw, for speed-run modes, I can automatically enable the FPS showing and the disabling of the on-focus-lost pause, should I do that? this makes it very very easy by adding the little startup condition. Yes, that would be very convenient =) |

I made a KeyHoleTest world and GIFs: https://files.catbox.moe/7jdpn4.zip @EclipsedEclipsed In both cases, the time was 30.342 seconds. Also, since XTech and X2 use In-Game timing, two rules should apply to them. 1. They shouldn't spend more than 5-10 Seconds in the Menu (we already discussed this). 2. They should force the game to keep running even when the window is unfocused. I wrote here how to do the latter for TheXTech. SMBX2 Users can do it by starting it with the following Command: LunaLoader.exe --runWhenUnfocused |

Once SMBX2 fixes it, it should be always on true. Otherwise Mode 3 runners will be disadvantaged. |

As Wohlstand said, the Rednaxela here is probably another person. I'm gonna write him in the Wohlsoft Forums. |

@EclipsedEclipsed: Once all is said and done, I'm gonna write a Guide for TheXTech Runners with all the important details |

The World Map issue is now resolved! Time is 11.466, same as SMBX2! |

Eclipsed's Test Level: https://imgur.com/a/7WjO6G8 (GIFs) https://files.catbox.moe/hblec4.zip (Download) TheXTech: 10.717 SMBX2: 11.466 |

Can you upload the video for TheXTech also, and the level files? |
Forum: Super Mario Bros. X Thread: Standardization Started by: 0lhi0lhi |
It's just a graphical difference. Basically, the loading screen of 1.3/XTech overrides the last frame of the map, but the last frame is still active. In SMBX2 the loading screen got replaced, so that's why you can see that frame. |

Wohlstand made a new Version of the Level with the Boss Dead Event. He tested on TheXTech, I tested on TheXTech and SMBX2. The result was always 05.491. Boss Dead Level: https://files.catbox.moe/8zry4r.zip SMBX2: https://i.imgur.com/2al9CZO.mp4 TheXTech: https://i.imgur.com/Fh63kyU.mp4 EDIT: About submitting, I'd like to wait with that until you added Filters for the whitelisted versions. |

> (for SMBX2 it seems you need to also make the "boss beat" event because it can't just hook the native "end of game" event) |

You're welcome =) @WohlstandWohlstand The Problem also affects the Game Timer. SMBX2: 00.811 / 05.491 TheXTech: 00.795 / 05.475 https://imgur.com/a/NgZsmh9 (Last Frames) https://files.catbox.moe/j9hly9.zip (Frames + Videos) @EclipsedEclipsed: When starting the Episode for the first time, the level timer shows 0.015, but on the second time, it shows 0.000. It's like this on both, TheXTech and SMBX2. |

I did two tests that confirm these results: https://files.catbox.moe/ktqkfp.zip I will now do two more tests where I compare the bottom timers. |
