Posty popped off another PB for the FIFTH straight week and this one had MONSTER pace written all over it. Running up against a near gold in Leatherhead closed the gap and the typical Yellow Disk Throwing Foot Soldiers causing some pain with an unwanted death, but there was NO stopping Posty's determination (watch his serious face for the last half of the run).
