I'll be showing my way of doing 3-2. It's usually faster than the free fall strat and it's more consistent.

The Fall

https://i.imgur.com/SUnmVUd.gif First step is to jump from here, this is the earliest you can jump without landing on the small greyish tile. Also make sure to switch to dirks.

https://i.imgur.com/zfsp5kD.gif While falling, release the D-PAD for around 20 frames and land on the greyish platform down there. Then fall off of it.

https://i.imgur.com/jNESoj2.gif Lastly, fall off the ledge and release the D-PAD for around 4 frames then keep holding right.

Jumpers' Patterns

https://i.imgur.com/nv5Q1fc.gif One dirk while falling, another one on the ground next to the first jumper, then a full jump right after throwing the dirk, another one in mid-air for the second jumper and you're good to go. No need to pause here. This is the most common pattern for me.

https://i.imgur.com/bWGWvsI.gif One dirk while falling, another one on the ground next to the first jumper, then a full jump right after throwing the dirk, another one in mid-air for the second jumper, another full jump without bumping your head and finally a pause otherwise the second jumper will jump towards you.

https://i.imgur.com/9ASo4jz.gif One dirk while falling to hit the first jumper, a pause to cancel his jump, full jump then a dirk for the second jumper, another full jump without bumping your head then dirk as late as possible.

And that's pretty much it, hope it makes sense.
