New Timing
If your run in v10 is faster than 1:28, then your run will be timed in 30.303 FPS. If your run is slower than 1:28, then your run will be timed in 30 FPS. All prior runs with surviving video have been retimed, the rules will be adjusted to reflect this. Edit: All Runs of the "N" Key of Dev Buttons%
