The vertical walljump at 0:14 is not necessary; I did it on accident, and it is the same speed as the normal strat. The normal strat can be seen in this video:
I had to wait at the final door for a little bit so that the platform movement cycle lined up for the Bowser Jr. quick kill.
Potential improvements: -maybe faster strat at 0:47 to tie the TAS? -Bowser Jr. fight could have been a bit faster, but probably not enough for a 431
