Wanted to finish this during DILD(o), but didn't make it. Luckily, JAIL came to the rescue. The race itself was like ~1:11 which is pretty good. Can't submit it, though, because of the broken timer.
Strats are basic: marked ghost cars to remove traffic and lamp posts; AA to get controls in the cutscene and kill Sucho.
