On my streaming channel called iDisinformati I attempted two timed runs on Metroid Fusion for the Any% category. I'm submitting the 0:55:35.62 I got in the second run. Both runs start with me copying the File A save on the File C (after I showed that File A is the classic 00:00 Main Deck file used for speedrunning this game) and end with me showing that the emulator (BizHawk v2.3.1.1) is running on the mGBA core, with the profile settings on TAS and it has the correct GBA BIOS, as per the rules of this category.
