Played on the downloadable version. time ended in 28.06, no third decimal, so I hope estimating it to 066 is fine, i see that is common on the leaderboard and I'm assuming that is the reason, if not, i hope just the 06 is acceptable

Ingame Timer Added
I added an ingame timer to the game (with help from @dimusnail).
With this your PC's performance no longer affects your time and the annoying retiming is eliminated.
Also I found out that the game does not actually run at 30 frames
