Tool: Medal thresholds

These are the confirmed medal thresholds for every game in Wii Play (and Wii Play Motion). Each threshold has been tested to a reasonable level such as scoring 598 on Shooting Range and only getting a gold medal, confirming platinum is at 600. The only one currently not tested is Fishing platinum but all sources point to this being correct. There are also brief details on each Find Mii level and each fish in Fishing.
