I ended the timer early. I timed it again later and had to add 13,5 s. I also got 2 splits wrong:

• Morriah Coast should be 24:09
• Victory Bay should be 33:29

As for what could be optimized:

• general faster execution
• no defense loss
• in Or'es Tash'n you could maybe start to go with less troups
• Tyrea could go a bit smoother (maybe 1 minute?)

I'm gonna tackle spare marines or chaos next. Stay tuned!
