The max resolution the game will let you choose from the options menu is 1600x900. To get higher, you can edit this file:

C:\Users**{USERNAME}**\Documents\Disney Interactive Studios\Tron Evolution\UnrealEngine3\GridGame\Config\GridEngine.ini

and change ResX and ResY to whatever you want.

To uncap your framerate (default cap is 62), change bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE to bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE.
