Why does this game use game time rather than real time? I couldn't find anything about this online but it really confuses me. I was under the assumption that real time was more accurate, with the exception of a few games. Is this game one of those games?

What do you do then if lets say, you save before a battle, mess up the battle and want to reset? Does IGT account for that time or do you have to add it into your run?

Your run would be invalidated as it must be done single segment, check the rules for the game page
