[RTA: 12:45.670, IGT: 11:26.594] As far as I am aware, this is the first recorded speedrun of this game. There are a few more bumps throughout this run than I'd like, but the level design and kart handling makes them quite difficult to avoid altogether.

While not nearly as polished as the sequel that came stateside, it's still a fun and charming curiosity of a game.
