NOTE: Yes, I'm aware there's a party horn in my bird's mouth for a good portion of the run. I've since rebound it to someplace my fudge fingers can't enable it on accident.

I didn't think I'd come back to this game so soon, but a fluke discovery for level 4 shook up this run. I know I lost a lot of time in level 5, and despite actually getting the level 6 clip, it wasn't in the first try like my last PB, so meh. But hey, no crashes this time.

This is my best guess on level 4: The game ties dialog to different triggers, and I'm able to activate a separate voice line that isn't attached to the end level trigger but is instead an extra dialogue sequence. The secondary dialogue sequence lasts long enough into level 4 that it carries over the properties of the skipped professor dialogue, which tells the game that the level is completed.

The professor's line never gets played, but it instead triggers the end of level 4 because it shares the same property of the voice line that gets played upon completing level 4. It's amazing luck as level 4 has got to be the worst level in the game in regards to frustrating level design and "platforming", so I am very grateful for this odd quirk in the game's dialog programming. Naturally, this does not occur if dialog is disabled. I sadly could not find any other levels to try this trick out in. It would've been nice to find for level 7, but alas.

Anyways this run is sloppy and it shows I'm very much out of practice with a couple levels. Not to mention it was recently discovered by someone else that the game's mouse settings are tied into the joystick deadzone settings (yes), so that fixes the sluggish response of mouse turning, but it also kinda messed me up for a few of the tricks that I had muscle memory for.

Anyways, I'm hoping this run will incentivize more people to check this game out (you can contact me for more info). Sub17 is probably doable.
