Run using Nestopia v1.4.4, with a Wii Guitar Hero guitar as the controller.

The strum bar controls left and right, 1st fret is Up 2nd fret is A, (jump) 3rd fret is B, (whip) 1st +3rd fret together uses a sub weapon 4th fret is Down 5th fret is not used.

Select is the wide Star Power button and Start is the tiny + button next to it.

Running Grant with Guitar Controls is definitely not easy when he has to hold onto walls! Definitely still improvable, had deaths on Death and early in the Aquarius level.
