Until I or someone else can figure out how the Erin cutscene skip works this will more than likely remain the WR.

Mod edit: After removing all load screens manually, frame by frame, in CyberLink PowerDirector, I ended up with 5 seconds extra, so I added those to the IGT time. (The exact time is 1h 10m 30s flat.) Upon request I can upload the edited video to YouTube.
