Really pissed i didnt get sound on this one, i record through obs using a multi output on my mac, i had my system sound off before recording. Honestly i believe sub 3:50 is possible for i mess up on a decent few of my skull captures, especially level 1 (lvl 2 kinda)

Huge thanks to ChilliTaco for showing me the jump on to the green wall and some other routing tips from his run. I think the main time save between runs is he spiral incline which can be skipped quite easily and saves a decent few seconds.
