Description
the culmination of 5 PBs over 5 days to drop a 3:18 to a 3:09. 4 of those 5 had at least a minute in the last few splits & this is no exception; choked both 3:08 and 3:07 to two deaths at the end of beat block C.
over this week i've learnt that holding your nerve is by far the hardest part of this brutally long category. at this point i'm pretty much exhausted on both the time and patience required for this game, but i'll be back for 3:06 in the near future
