I have compiled list of possible time saved by TAS over RTA (Darbian WR) in every world have a look.

I updated the list with framerules thanks to i_o_l and kosmic.

You didn't account for the framerule. Real savings are 0.35s in 1-2, 8-1, 8-2, 8-3 and 0.7s in 4-2 (and whatever is left in 8-4). Also TAS saves 0.25s with left+right, so it's more fair to compare to this TAS: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/548286389/SMB%20RTA%20rules%20TAS%20by%20HappyLee.fcm

This isn't really accurate. Perhaps you took your framecounts at the black screen transition instead of after it. There's something called the 21 frame rule which means all time saves come in 21 frame or 0.35 second increments because the game only loads the next level periodically on those intervals. This doesn't apply on 8-4 because no new level is loaded afterwards.

The accurate comparisons are as such:

TAS 1-1: ±0 frames (0.00) 1-2: -21 frames (0.35) 4-1: -21 frames (0.35) 4-2: -63 frames (1.05) 8-1: -84 frames (1.40) 8-2: -105 frames (1.75) 8-3: -126 frames (2.10) 8-4: -170 frames (2.84)

Kosmicd12 : I have updated the list now thanks for your infromation and i applied the correct framerule now . And the difference column was actually difference in time in seconds not the framerule difference, i have removed difference in seconds column and replaced with difference in framerules as that makes more sense in saving time.

Jumpyluff : i dont want to make anyone incompetent , i respect all speedrunners and i choosed darbian because he hold the current World Record and by comparing his speedrun we can se how much frames could be saved using TAS. So that upcoming WR could be improved significantly.
