everything is in relation to andrewg's 19:12 former WR either adjust these values or put a comparison to the 19:12 splits on your livesplit layout

glide = hold A at level load

there is another consistent delay I didn't think of when I made this, which is not pressing B at the start of a castle level and starting to hold it while in midair between steps, so you should investigate this, if you're not lazy

5-4 good framerules: -1.75 -0.35 +0 +1.75 glide +3.15 (this apparently is wrong, maybe try not gliding?)
