any% BASICS tutorial (by me)

I love darbian's tutorial, but I felt it contained a lot of techniques that can only be pulled off by really good players. As a result, I made a more basic and shorter tutorial to briefly cover any% strategies. This tutorial is 1/4 the length and is good for beginners, but no matter what, you should definitely check out darb's. He did a wonderful job.
Requirements for High-Level Any% Runs
Any% (NTSC) runs below 4:57.000 must now fulfill additional requirements in order to be verified.
- The run's full session must be included in the submission description.
