Bit rough but it demonstrates the route I made. I probably could've left the first-aid kits, and I mess up a couple of things near the end.

It turns out that early rooftop IS possible on hell mode - you just have to lure the janitor back in, watch the talisman until it becomes unobscured by the janitor, count about 5-6 seconds, then proceed with the skip.
