NTR is a homebrew application for New 3DS that allows the user to wirelessly stream gameplay footage to their PC. It unlocks the extra beef in the New 3DS when playing OG 3DS games, shortening load times.

I added a short explanation to the rules.

The reason for requiring runs to specify whether or not NTR is used is to future proof the leaderboard in case things need to be changed later. NTR's effect on this game is not well explored yet.
