This is nowhere near optimized. Did this to show off the two new strategies found for this level.

1. Found by @dlimes13 on Raiden Sneaking 01, only one cartwheel is necessary. Doing the older two cartwheel strat is actually slower.

2. Accidentally found by @dlimes13 as well during a full game run, I was able to use this to save a small bit of time here. Previously, we would knock to attract the guard right at the start of the level. Now we just do the fast unequip into FPV + R2 + L2 to stand on your toes (similar to Raiden Sneaking 01).
