The best in my opinion is th recorder in the Xbox Game Bar, to open the recorder menu you need to press on your keyboard "Windows + G", if it dosen't work check Xbox Game Bar on your settings and pout it on, you can pause and start the recorder very easily and it's already included in your computer.
