I'm sure Shadowdraft can add the category if you want. Although a problem that can come up in the Amnesia games is that calling the category "No OOB" doesn't stop glitches from being used. There's still plenty of glitches that you can use without going OOB. Jacking open the doors in Alley and Tunnels are some examples. And if you wanted to go further and call a category "Glitchless" then you need to decide what a glitch is. Does skipping an event trigger count as a glitch? What about this strat for Temple:
