Can i use PlaysTV to submit a run? i use this program to record my games

I don't know much about that software, but as long as it gives you a video, you're fine.

Most runs need/want some kind of video proof, so if PlaysTV lets you record your gameplay which you can then upload to YouTube, you'll be fine.
