I'm looking for a 40 min to 1 hr. A speedgame that's easy to learn and doesn't have many hard glitches to learn and/or a glitchless category And some games with easy and fun 100%

I'll get to that 10-20min. list. I have a bunch scattered throughout my notes, and I haven't had time to compile them into one list.
Bloo Kid 2 might be a good option. I am just starting to learn it. It is a very simple platformer. It comes in just under an hour. It is free on ios/android, and it's cheap on Steam (from $1 on G2A) ios/android has ads, but it's good for practice, and there is an extensive list of IL categories. You can post screenshots instead of video, at least for IL's, since it goes by IGT. The IL categories include single levels, as well as 8-10min worlds, so there are many options to suit the length that you want to play. We just worked out a glitchless option for the full game runs. There is a glitch in the ios/android version, but not in the PC version, so PC runs are basically glitchless. Even then, the ios/android glitch isn't complicated. All you do is die on a slope :P

Escape Plan is a touch shorter than your requested time (I have it at 37:51 right now, with one death in that run), but it's a super fun, super chill, not super complex run. No glitches, no frame perfect tricks, not much RNG. http://www.speedrun.com/escapeplan
