Is there any program i can use to record runs in my android phone? It is bad that i cant upgrade my android version to 5+. So programs like Screen Recorder (No Root) or Gusher will not work in my phone. I used Mobizen once but now Mobizen doesn't work anymore. Can you guys help me?

I'm gonna test a solution very soon, which consists in plugging a Chromecast to an HD capture card.
But overall, it's not cheap I must admit.

So FYI, my setup with the Chromecast + Capture card works well. It looks like there's a few lags and cracking sound, I still have to figure out if it comes from the Chromecast or the capture card.
