I've seen some runners do super fast BLJ's on the 2nd floor stairs. I'm personally unable to gain that type of speed without twitching my finger on the button (which makes my wrist hurt after a while) is that what you need to do to get a faster 2nd floor BLJ? is it a major time save? I don't wanna screw up my wrist XD Thanks!

I just kind of go with it, honestly. Its just lucky when I get a good BLJ. Some time the A presses, and some just spam the button. I don't know how I got a perfect BLJ on my PB. Just practice and figure out what works best for you. Good luck with your runs!
