Your best bet might be to network and be social. I don't think there is anything like a list of teams that you can contact, and it probably helps heaps if you know and have a reputation with the people/person that you end up contacting.

I tried to get one together a few months ago with some fellow small time/part time streamers. Unfortunately to make an official team, the founder has to be partnered :P
