Hello, im kind of a new speedrunner, i was always improving myself but i never had a timer or recorded myself, so i want to try this, just one question on submitting runs, it ask me for a splits i/o ID, i do need to fill this part? and as a new one here, i suppouse i upload a file from livesplit for example on this page, am i right? You can upload your splits from LiveSplit by Right Clicking > Share > Splits.io > Share This is totally optional, you aren't forced to publish them. Then copy paste the Splits.io link to your run submission.

Splits are used in any speedgames. It helps split important parts. So very intense speedgames have 10 second splits for hard tricks. It depends of the game. Also, you can run long games without splitting. It's up to you.
