How does the WR Skip the baseball lineup at the beggining of his Baseball?

I believe older versions of the game don't have the cutscene. I know my friend who got it on release day doesn't have the cutscene, but my disc from late 2007 does have the cutscene.

I did a reddit on reddit.com/r/gaming where I asked people who bought the wii on lauch day with wii sports and they said they had the cutscene so idk.
