I'm trying to split while the emulator is running, and Livesplit won't take any inputs while VBA is up. I have hotkeys enabled and they work for all other programs that are open. I don't know what to do.

EDIT: Found the issue. It wasn't working when I was playing with the keyboard, but with a controller it takes the inputs.

If you need inputs when on a keyboard try running livesplit in administrator mode, I had the same problem with games with extra overlays on them. (Steam, Games for Windows)
