Kirkq handles game requests. He is a busy man, he is doing them in his free time. Normally it takes around 2 weeks before a game request gets accepted.
For more clarity -- it takes kirkq about 3-4 hours to process 170 game requests. He does it almost every day and does the best he can. It usually takes him about 2 weeks to get to your request.
At this point, kirkq should write up a guideline for others to work on game requests in a small group (led by him). Still being patient on that :)
Oxknifer: "He does it almost every day" - That's not accurate, I handle them in batches once or twice a week, but I don't always catch up all the way. They get relatively behind (try to stay within 2 weeks) and we need to put systems in place to improve that.
