Currently, when you submit a run, it doesn't say the exact date your run as been performed on. It only says ''today''. If your run was done in 2014, it'll say ''A Year Ago''. But like, it can be anywhere in 2014, it's not really accurate.

I suggest that the date is displayed using either this format (mm/dd/yyyy) or this one (September 24, 2014). Whichever of the two you prefer.

If you hover over 'Today', 'A year ago', etc. the date will pop up in yyyy/mm/dd. 
Preferably, though, dates should show up on the layout.

this has been possible for months
just go to http://www.speedrun.com/settings and set Time reference to Absolute

If you go to your [settings page](/settings), you can set Time reference to Absolute instead of Relative, which should do what you want. Alternatively, yeah, hovering over the relative date shows the absolute date.
