It'd be really neat to have a thing that just works as a friends list, good for those who want to e.g. work together for stuff

discord, twitter, steam, etc

If you go around ¤expecting¤ people to stab you in the back, you're not really friends with them. That's kind of the whole point of "friends", ya know? You accept that someone will probably screw up and stab you the same way you'll probably screw up and stab someone else, and that's okay because we're people. But, yeah, that feature would be kinda nice here.
