Hello!

I'm Sniper Kat Six. If you are in the Resident Evil community you have most likely heard my name already. Anyway, I've been slowly dipping my fingers into speedrunning and am now taking the plunge. I'm very new to it, and though I have extensive knowledge of the games I run (classic Resident Evil), I still need hands-on practice with execution. It's thrilling though, even if I'm not going for world record, to know that I would be one of the fastest people out there.

I actually have a couple of questions for anyone reading this...

I am a disabled gamer. I have extremely heavy eyesight reduction and other issues such as tunnel vision, lack of depth perception etc, which as you understand can make some stuff a little tougher for me. But I still play well for someone who's almost blind. I was curious if there was any other disabled speedrunners out there? It would be cool to reach out and exchange experiences!

Also, I am a Twitch streamer. Does anyone know of a solid stream team that would be welcoming of me? I just came back to Twitch so I only average about 50-60 viewers on an average night, but back on Youtube Gaming I had concurrents in the triple, even quadruple digits. So if you are part of a more solid stream team, and are interested, hit me up. :)

Anyway glad to be here. Looking to expand my horizons gaming-wise as I've felt I've needed a challenge lately. Also looking to network and get to know other speedrunners, even those who don't run RE.

GG and may RNGeezus bless us all!

I'm very new to speedrunning so it's nice to know that I'm not the only newbie, does being partialy deaf count as a disability, as in I can only hear about a third as well as a normal person?
