I imagine glitch finding / game breaking / route evolution etc for a game seems more interesting to the runners of that game than it will to anyone else, but in case anyone was interested, there is some glitch and route discussion on Swordigo which I have really enjoyed, changing the whole nature of the run: http://www.speedrun.com/Swordigo/thread/ymz34

In Resident Evil 2 (my speedrunning game of choice), there's a strat to get the Final Boss stuck in an A.I.-loop where he can't damage you, and will just jump in place up and down whilst you plug shot after shot into him. It's A.I.-exploit hilarity at it's finest, and I wouldn't have ever known if it wasn't for the thread here.
