Where would I go to address moderation for these forums? It's not about a game or a leaderboard moderator. My specific issue is this ignorant bigoted shit: http://www.speedrun.com/Talk/thread/ohx0n -- but it'd be a good thing to know about just in general.

Full mods and admins can do something about that, but afaik there's a planned update eventually to allow game moderator board forums to have some kind of control mods can initiate.

But, since this is outside leaderboards, it's up to mods and admins, it's very unfortunate to see this kind of behavior occur on a speedrun website
